We are committed to prompt turn around times and efficiency in every aspect of our service. We are renowned for our high levels of communication and program intensity from beginning to the end of the rehabilitation program. 

Referrals are allocated within 8 working hours of referral and the claimant is contacted within 24 hours of referral. Assessments of your choice are conducted within 7 working days of referral. The referrer is contacted prior to the assessment by the consultant for a briefing and then following the assessment to discuss preliminary impressions before proceeding to contact treating parties and complete the report and/ or Rehabilitation Plan within 10 working days of assessment. Progress Report frequency is negotiable.
